Clogged duct and decreased supply
Hi all.. my supply dropped from a 120ml to only around 50ml per pump after a clogged duct with high fever for a few days. Finally got it unclogged and no more fever. Will my supply come back? Is it normal to have so much drop in supply?

Happened to me too, took quite a long time for the supply to get back to normal (a few weeks I believe)
Drink plenty of fluids and take fenugreek supplements. The supply will gradually come back.

May I know what causes the clogged duct to happen? Is it you hardly Pump?
