any shampoo would do. everyone is different so there is no specific shampoo that could fight dandruff.for example i find sunsilk and pantene don't give me dandruff while its rejoice for my sister.maybe try experimenting on different types of shampoo. sometimes its not even the shampoo.its the way u wash. shampoo is for the scalp only and not the hair.some people thinks shampoo is for hair and only focus on washing the hair and not the scalp.dandruff is build up of dead skin cells, dirt and oil on ur scalp.try watch in youtube how to wash hair properly. shampoo will make ur hair dry because its made to wash off oil from ur scalp so do invest in conditioner for the hair.do not use conditioner on ur scalp.it will cause u to have dandruff. i use sunsilk hijab range for my hair(even i dont wear hijab.i just like the smell from that range) and pantene 3min miracle for conditioner. i used to shampoo my hair everyday but now i do it every 2-3days depends on how active i am.if i often go out or sweat alot i would wash everyday.if im at home and not as active i would do it every 2days.do not scratch ur scalp with ur finger nails.use the tip of ur fingers.water should be lukewarm.again, there is a video on youtube on how to wash hair. i followed that since i was 15years old. also do take time to wash.like 2mins.then use conditioner.

Find those with mint or tea tree, zero paraben. Depending on the nature of the scalp, the effects will be different for different people. After wash, dry your hair with dryer. Ensure pillow case and bedsheets washed frequently, air the pillows if possible or buy new ones. If symptoms persist, you may want to consult a hair specialist or opt for TCM treatment.

You have to try and test it out yourself. For my case, dove shampoo doesn't work for me. Once I use it, I start having dandruff. After i change the shampoo.. Few weeks later and all my dandruff are gone.

I think you have to try and test various shampoo to see which best suit your scalp. I have it too and its terrible in this humid weather. I am currently using Ginger Shampoo from body shop.
