That depends on individual, but anything of a small amount does not harm. Vit A such as animal organs like liver should be avoided especially in first trimester; but occasional small intake shouldn’t have big risk. If you have diabetes or high bp, watch out salty food and sugar intake. Caffeine should be limited to maximum two cups/cans per day. No alcohol. No smoke. No raw food. Limit mercury fish intake.
