such us Calcium carbonate, Ascorbic acid, Ferrous sulfate and Multivitamins.

for me: morning: multivit lunch: folic acid, ascorbic acid, ferrous (ascorbic can help to absorb the iron properly) dinner: calcium carbonate
Magbasa paI drink all my meds at night. Tried to take them in the morning or afternoon but it made me vomit.
