Episiotomy wounds 4th day PP

Sorry mummies.... Today is my 4th day PP. I have a row of red bumps / blisters on my epsiotomy wounds beside my piles. I feel so painful. Is it normal? Or infection? It is so scary as i see from pic taken. I only get to see gynae on 4th May.
