Back Pain
Am having terrible back pain. Currently at 25th week. Any advise on how to make it better? ?
Do some stretching every morning and before sleep. Can do some light yoga as well. I used to have back pain but no more after i did stretching and light yoga :)

I would suggest you to sleep sideways and go for a pre-natal massage
