Back Pain

Am having terrible back pain. Currently at 25th week. Any advise on how to make it better? ?

Do some stretching every morning and before sleep. Can do some light yoga as well. I used to have back pain but no more after i did stretching and light yoga :)

I would suggest you to sleep sideways and go for a pre-natal massage

Hey try prenatal massage its help... i started mine on week 20k

Swimming would help too if it's something you are comfortable with

Maybe you can buy those maternity pillow to support your back

Do not sit or stand for too long. Keep change posture.
