Wriggling in sleep

My six week old keep wriggling in his sleep, his legs and his hands. Is it normal? It seems to disturb his sleep a lot.

    It’s normal. A tight swaddle will help:) I used the zip swaddles, they were v snug. (About $5 on shopee)
