Sino dito yung company hindi advance magbibigay ng maternity benefits and salary diff.? Yung sa company ko kasi after daw manganak saka bibigay. Pero diba MATERNITY BENEFITS AND SALARY DIFFERENTIALS ARE PAID IN FULL AND IN ADVANCE PER DOLE AND SSS PURSUANT TO THE EXPANDED MATERNITY LEAVE LAW?

Yes mam. Tama ka. Ganyan po ang company namin. One month before due date, ibibigay na nila ang sss salary pero ung salary diff po eh binibigay nila monthly (kumbaga ngswesweldo ako kada buwan na naka-maternity leave ako). For me pabor sa akin kasi for 105days may sweldo pa rin ako on a monthly basis. Inuna lng nila ng bigay ang galing sa sss (php56k po ang sa akin, maximum contribution).

Nasa law po un na dapt ishoulder ni company ang salary diff. If ang salary po ninyo is php30k /month, ung difference po na php14k eh dapat ibigay/ishoulder ni employer (since php16k/month lng ang sss salary). But if your salary po is nasa php15k/month, wla na po isshoulder si employer. Mam ung php16k/month for those po na may maximum contribution ha. Iba-iba po kasi ang benefit, based po kasi un sa contribution nyo.
