You can report the user by clicking the three dots beside the comment. TAP is a non judgemental app and it should stay that way. We had an online meeting with the head of content of TAP last month and this "anonymous" issue was one of the tackled topic. Once the account has been flagged, TAP will give sanctions to the user who has violated the community guidelines.
