No, you do not need to bring baby to doctor if you are very sure that it is due to teething pain. Unless you notice that baby is having high grade fever (>39) and diarrhea (more than 5 times a day), you should bring your baby to PD. There are natural remedies for easing baby's teething pain. One of them is teething necklaces. Myself and some friends used it when baby is teething and can see the good results. http://sg.theasianparent.com/baltic-teething-remedy-amber-teething-necklace/ There are two types of teething necklaces: Amber Teething necklace and Hazelwood Teething. The main difference between the two is the type of materials used. The one I used was Amber Teething necklace which has anti-inflammatory and therapeutic properties. If you feel uncomfortable to let baby to wear the necklace on neck (choking hazard), you can wear it on other place as long as directly on the baby's skin e.g. ankle. In addition, you can do baby massage for teething. Example of teething massage can be found at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gvLU-lIwUHs Also, you can try to offer teething biscuits such as teething rusk from Heinz/Only Organic.

It's not necessary unless your baby develops a temperature or has diarrhoea just before a tooth erupts. However, it's unlikely that teething is to blame. Treat these symptoms separately, and take him/her to the doctor if you're worried. My friend uses a frozen bagel to help with her son's teething pains. Although frozen, the bagel is still soft enough to cushion the pressure and it absorbs drool. But be sure that baby is always supervised when he is teething on the bagel, to prevent choking.

It is not necessary to bring your child to the doctor for teething pains. My child is currently teething and she soothes her gums by biting down on her fingers (putting pressure to relieve pain). When that doesn't work, I give her chilled teethers. I do not intend to buy teething gel as it numbs the gums and it is not encouraged. http://sg.theasianparent.com/5-natural-teething-remedies/
