My baby experiencing some teething symptoms such as excessive drooling, rashes and reduced appetite. How long does it take for these pains to go away?

As soon as the tooth erupt they will feel better. Can help them by giving frozen/cold teether and brushing the gums

It really depends on individual babies. Some can go from a week to 3 weeks
