Hello semua! I just wanted to share how I feel when I see articles on social media about miscarriage, still birth, all kind of complications during pregnancy. I feel scared, trauma.. if can I don't want to come across this kind of things. I even trauma when people talk about it. I had one miscarriage before at 11 weeks. How to avoid the traumatic feeling? I'm 18 weeks now . ? I hope to have a smooth and healthy pregnancy and baby.

Don't worry dear. Keep your mind positive. Don't bother, read as your personal knowledge. Always keep your surrounding in good vibes, eat healthy food, don't carry heavy things, chill. Rest when you feel tired. May you and baby in good health.
