Normal or not?

Saya kalau ikutkan sekarang 4weeks pregnant. normal ke pinggang sakit sakit mcm lenguh tu and perut macam cramp.

Is the cramp it painful? And how long does the cramp takes place. Cramps are ok BUT without bleeding following it. Wish you all the best
