Saya baru pregnant 6w . Dah mula start alahan mual mual . Nasi , ayam ikan takleh nk telan. Tapi sy bebtul teringin nk mkn kulit asam limau tu . Boleh ke ? Ni first pregnancy sy . Mommy2 pun bole tak share masa fasa alahan ni bole mkn apa.untuk kurangkan rasa mual .

First few months was the worst for me. Makan apa pun muntah. Asam, sour candies & anything masam mmg selalu ada sebab tu je boleh kurangkan rasa nauseous. Air kelapa also good for you so that tak dehydrated. All the best!
