Salam. Mengandung second trimester boleh minum kopi tak? Tak tahan mengantuk tempat kerja.

Boleh. Tapi limitkan caffeine consumption. Kalau instant coffee boleh 2 mugs a day. Kalau teh x setinggi caffeine mcm coffee so boleh juga minum n hati2 dgn chocolate sbb ada caffeine juga. My advice is to kurangkan kalau boleh and on days yg mkn/minum caffeine kena minum air kosong bnyk
