Just eat occasionally is ok. Dun put all seasoning into the noodles. For me, i only use half of it and add some fresh ingredients to go with the noodles.
Yup I eat it sometimes, when I was very hungry and lazy to head out to buy lunch :) just don't overload it

I had Maggi craving during pregnancy. What I did was I went to buy those without msg.
Yup it is safe to eat maggi... just remember to limit yourself.
In moderation and maybe throw in some veggies :)
