is it safe to cosume metoclopramine during the first trimester? Doctor prescibe me with this as i have bad morning sickness and nausea 24 hours. i have my doubts so i googled some are negative comments and some are positive.
I think the literature shows no evidence of major harm to babies. If you’re still worried, then take Diclectin instead? Requires doctor’s prescription too though. I took metoclopramide in the later part of the first trimester and continued in the 2nd trimester. Didn’t have issues.
don't drink it if u hv any doubt, i tried not to take any medication during pregnancy
If prescribed by gynae it should be fine. I also took meds for my morning sickness
