Together with the team at TAP, we would love to help as many of you to cope with the morning sickness. Nausea and vomiting in pregnancy, often known as morning sickness, are very common in early pregnancy. It typically starts before nine weeks. It can affect you at any time of the day or night. Here are some questions asked in our community, and we got the answers for you ✅ 👩: I’m in my second trimester and noticed that I have been throwing up in the evenings lately. Is it common? 👨‍⚕️: Morning sickness usually goes away as a pregnancy progresses. While many women feel better after the first trimester, some report ongoing nausea or vomiting through the second trimester. You may be able to gain some relief from morning sickness using home treatment, such as changing what, when, and how much you eat. 👨: My wife doesn't have morning sicknesses like nausea and vomiting's is it normal? 👨‍⚕️: lack of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy isn't cause for concern. Some women with healthy pregnancies never experience morning sickness. 👩: Are there proactive steps I can take to avoid morning sickness? 👨‍⚕️: Choose foods carefully. Expert's answer: Choose foods carefully. Select foods that are high in protein, low in fat and easy to digest, Snack often, Drink plenty of fluids & Pay attention to nausea triggers. Expert's answer: Nausea at night is usually a symptom of an underlying condition. most common cause is acid reflux. You may use antacids eg Gaviscon. Antacids are medicines that counteract (neutralise) the acid in your stomach to relieve indigestion and heartburn

I have been prescribed this medication by my doctor for my morning sickness. Can I get any side effects from taking morning sickness medication? what are the best solutions rather than taking medication?

you should take small amount of fluids and food but more regularly. can try medications - anti emetics.

Morning nausea usually peaks between weeks 8-11, and typically fades by the end of the first trimester.

I would like to know is it normal to suddenly stop having morning sickness at about 6weeks?

there's no need to worry if you have no morning sickness at 6 weeks or beyond. While we tend to equate nausea and tummy troubles with early pregnancy, not everyone experiences those symptoms

My wife doesn't have morning sicknesses like nausea and vomiting's is it normal?
