Gender Reveal

Hi we're on our 18th weeks now and last wednesday I had my ultrasound. It came out that my little one is a HE, isn't it a bit too early to know his gender? Is there a possibility that it might be wrong?

Ako din 20 weeks pregnant di pa daw makikita sabi ni doc.pero ng ultrasound na.bigla niang sinabi swerte nagpakita.boy daw sabi ni doc.sabi skin ng sister in law ko madali daw makita pag boy kc nga daw may lawit.hehehe
