Hello, everyone! Since pre-pregnancy, Yakult na talaga ang iniinom ko, so I just continued. Sabi ng OB ko, okay lang daw and probiotics can even help with my immunity. I did ask about the sugar content, at sabi niya as long as moderate lang at may balance sa healthy food, walang problema. It really helps with my bloating, kaya kahit buntis, tuloy lang ako.
