hi nw iam preghnent 4 weeks but dont have voamit and nothing have preghnent simtoms but period off. it is anormal

congrats.. nooo. dont ask for it. same with me as early as 4-5 weeks, no symptoms. but currently at 8 weeks been having really chane of appetite n nausea all day😥😥
