newborn infant taking taxi / grab

Hi parents. Just wondering if there is a restriction for newborn infants to take grab? Does the child required car seat or somthing :/

Grab does not allow newborns; minimum age allowed is 1 y/o. Taxis allow as young as newborn babies provided the person carrying the baby sits behind.
