Parents, do you let your helper take an afternoon nap?

Yup power nap is ok as long as chores are done. I'm also ok if she naps along with baby but not referring to her napping all the time when baby naps. Anyway I wouldn't know if I'm at work. Sometimes not knowing is bliss.

I don't have any issues with this as long as the chores are completed. Also a power nap of 20 mins is okay, but anything longer is questionable.

As long as all the chores are done and kids are also sleeping or in school. But this should be a daily routine
