Helper

I have just apply for maid from agency . The agency told me that it will take 6 weeks after permit approved by mom. The maid is an Filipino . Just would like to check from the parents and mummies here , how long will it normally take after mom approval ? Will it shorter than 6 weeks . From your experience , how fast do you get your helper ?

Depends on agency. I really hated the wait and I did it myself. Went down to Philippines embassy and did all the paper work myself because I really needed help at home and couldn’t wait 1 month. My documents was processed in 2 weeks and the helper came in 3 weeks

It varies for different agencies, 4-6weeks is quite normal
