Parents, do you let your helper take an afternoon nap?

Yup power nap is ok as long as chores are done. I'm also ok if she naps along with baby but not referring to her napping all the time when baby naps. Anyway I wouldn't know if I'm at work. Sometimes not knowing is bliss.
