Is it okay to reward our child when they do a good job?

Yes and No. Yes, you can reward the child once in a while but if they always do a good job because of rewards then it is of no use and values. We need to educate the kids and share with them wat is the reward for and encourage them to do more good.

Reward is fine but punishment got to kicked in if things goes the opposite too. If all things are based on rewards, they will be behaving cos of the material stuff and it is not building up their character which I feel is useless.
