Nowadays do you all follow the confinement rules? No bathing for a month? No washing hair? No aircon?

I dont follow. Cannot tahan. My last confinement was 3 years ago. I bath on 4th day with chinese herbs. Wash hair on 12th day with chinese herbs too. Aircond 24/7. Lol
