Can I dye my hair during pregnancy?

I’m on my first trimester (not sure if this makes a difference). Can I still dye my hair?

This is up to your personal comfort level. I only dyed my hair during trimester 2 and opted for ammonia free hair dye at the salon!

I used organic no ammonia box hair dye during trimester 1 but avoided the roots and scalp area, am on week 21 now and all fine
