Now that you're a mom, do you still have time for your friends ?or at least meet them once a week?

I haven't seen my friends for a long time. There was only one time I got to see my college friends but it was only for 2 hours in June. A friend came home from abroad and we scheduled a meet up pero kasama ko pa din babies ko that time. But on a regular basis, I can't manage it anymore since I am a stay at home mother.
