mine too, every morning wake up will see new scratches or bleeding broken skin.
It's normal..just keep apply moisturizer or baby lotion will do (:
Do let him wear mittens & use baby lotion on his face
Cut and file nails regularly and put on mittens.
Wear mittens to avoid. I apply aloe vera gel.
Use nail scissors and nail file after trim.
Have you thought of filing the nails!
Mine too when that age.
Trim the nails everyday
Same like my daughter.
