Can someone answer me about Mat Ben?

Hi! Nabasa ko sa SSS na as early as malaman mo na buntis ka, you need to notify sss na agad. So need pumunta sa branch then fill up ng Maternity Benefit Notification Form. Question is, since may nahanap ako na printable form, pwede bang si hubby nalang pumunta sa SSS Branch? Since hindi safe sa ating pregnant ang lumabas?

For employed - Mat2 should be submitted to your HR/Employer, then sila magfile nun kay SSS. For unemployed - you may filed it online. Just create SSS account first
