Usually helpers that are religious will practice their faith in private and try to live according to their beliefs and restrictions without causing any inconvenience to their employers. I had a neighbour who was annoyed by her Indonesian maid for not wanting to eat during Ramadhan (fasting month). She said that her maid might not work as efficiently if she doesn't eat during the day. From what I observed, her maid went on her duties as per normal (marketing, picking up the kids). I found what my neighbour said really unfair and kindda ignorant.
I would say there isnt anything specific as such but there might be small things like offering her pork by mistake or questioning her about her attire (if she wears hijab). I know an incident wherein a Muslim friend was offended when our common friend asked her why dont you guys know when exactly eid is celebrated ? (the common friend wasnt aware of the lunar calendar) Also, you might not want to ask her to decide exact timings for her prayers as they are based on sunrise/sunset, etc
Other than offering pork accidentally, she could also be uncomfortable about the way we dress, especially when we are home? Sometimes the weather gets hot and we tend to wear a little shorter. But she probably has to deal with it as it's your home. Maybe just try not to discuss sensitive topics like religion or anything along that direction to prevent any form of offense whether actual or perceived.
