Prenatal vitamins
Hello mummies just wondering if ur able to buy prenatal vitamins in the pharmacy? The same one that we take during pregnancy, places like guardian, Watsons or polyclinic’s pharmacies? Cus I ran out of then and I don’t Wan to make a trip down to the hospital cus it’s kinda far.
U can try Blackmores Pregnancy & Breastfeeding Advanced! I’ve been taking that since the start and my gynae approved too.
Definitely can! :) My Gynae prescribed all my vitamins which can be bought from Watsons/Guardian. No prescription needed.
I'm taking the 21st Century Pre Natal Multivitamins so yup I can get it at other pharmacies but cheaper at the hospital.
If you're taking Obimin, I've seen it at Guardian. Not sure abt calcium tablets or fish oil capsules.
I bought obimin in bulk from guardian. Even iron supplements like iberet can be found there.
