Depend on individual. I'm a over supply mummy. So 1 day I pump about 3 time sometimes 2 during the day and night time fully nursing. Each session I can have about 10oz. Baby drinking 3 hourly and 1 meal a day. Currently 16 months into bf 2 pump and continues to nurse at night. Baby having 2 meal now. Nursing is very important to maintain supply.
