Yup, its okay to continue to give bm to your lo. If you are on medications, do check with doc to see if they are safe to consume while breastfeeding.

Yes. Wear a mask and clean your hands often. Also if you’re seeing a doc to get meds, inform the doctor that you’re breastfeeding
