Brown blood is old blood and usually nothing to worry about. I have a very weird experience with my second pregnancy whereby it felt like my period started. Rushed to the toilet to find that it was brown blood. Was a little worried but doctor prescribed me duphaston when I went to the gynae the next day. I took the medication for maybe 2 weeks? If you’re worried about the cramps I suggest going to the gynae for a quick check to make sure everything is okay. Take care!

visit ur gynae asap and ask for duphaston. I have 3 misscarriage. No. 4th my gynae help me track ovulation and give me duphaston since day 1 of confirm pregnancy till week 20. Now I am pregnant week 34. Jiayou mummy! Ps: just sharing, I actually sacrifice my career, during that attempt period for pregnancy, due to suspect failed pregnancy might be caused from work environment. Now I get my rainbow baby. 🥰😍🤩 At least my effort is paid off.

I’ve been down the same route before. You should definitely go to KKH O&G as blood clots may be due to low progesterone and it can affect the outcome of the pregnancy. Alternatively you can see a private gynae near you for immediate advice. All the best!

Better to see a gynae asap or go to KKH urgent O&G. They have a doctor who specialises in early pregnancy assessment on call at the urgent O&G clinic round the clock and will be able to provide a scan to check on your baby.

any chance you can go to a gynae earlier? i was in the same position as you, miscarried my first and had spotting for my second. gynae prescribed me duphaston to stabilize the pregnancy. take care mummy!

ask gynae for duphaston, it's a life saver. and brown blood is old blood, so long as no fresh pink red blood, spots shd be okay! for a peace of mind, go to kkh 24h clinic for a quick assessment

you should consult your gynae asap. if you are gng by the subsidised route, you may want to consider gng to a private gynae in the meantime.

if the blood clotting still continues and it worries you, just walk in to KKH Urgent o&g. if that makes you less worried.

Have plenty of bed rest and ask gynae for duphaston. Don’t carry heavy items and stand for long hours

go KKH O&G. they might prescribe duphaston to stabilise the pregnancy. it helped saved mine :)
