Pelvic pain

Hi mummies, I’m currently 30weeks and have pelvic pain to the extent I cannot walk properly at all. It is slightly pain in the morning but through the day it gets worse. I have checked with my Gynae and she said it’s because of the pressure of the growing baby. Is this pain normal?

Now i get how u feel, im approaching my 34weeks. My pelvic pain is quite severe, the pain come so sudden it set me off wanted to scream. And can last for 50mins continously. I read up, that this can be due to dehydration, so try to drink more water

Pelvic pain is common unfortunately. Hormones cause joints to loosen in preparation for childbirth. You can try wearing a pregnancy support belt that supports the belly and pelvic region.

If prolong and really painful, it is not. There’s a strap you can buy at Guardian to support, this might helps?

It's normal but do visit your gynae if the pain gets too unbearable

It's normal, doing some prenatal yoga stretches may help
