Hi mummies may I know how early your start taking maternity leave in advance?

You can start up to 4 weeks before your EDD, but I always chose to start on the day of delivery, so I could have more time with my baby. I saved up AL for just prior to my EDD, so I could rest.

Start on the day I give birth cause mine is plan csec at week 37
