7 weeks scan & empty sac

Hi! I was in your situation previously so I can understand how you feel haha did you do abdominal scan or transvaginal scan? Doc only found an empty sac with abdominal scan but a week later, I went to another gynae who did transvaginal scan for me and managed to find fetal pole and yolk sac!

Is this your first scan? Could be you ovulated late. Mine supposed to be 7 weeks bt because i ovulated late, it was 4-5 weeks and couldnt see anything. Was told to comeback 1-2 weeks and there it is,

Well, for my case till week 9 still show empty sac. And I follow doctor advice to take medicine and let go. 🥲 And try again until I got my daughter who is 2 years old now.

Yup its always best to scan at 8 weeks to see something and ask them to do transvaginal, more accurate. Cause sometimes bb too small to be seen via abdoment scan

We had the same issue. My wife’s scan looked exactly like yours. Then it ended up being too early. Just wait a couple weeks and it’ll show!

hihi, did you do blood test for HCG level when the scan was looking like this? if so, ok to share what's the level?

Even at 7 weeks, it's normal for some people not to see the yolk sac yet. Some people only see it between 8 - 10 weeks.

Same as me ! I went at week 5 thinking I was week 7. Went back 2 weeks later & heard baby heartbeat!

hello, sometimes is too small to be seen. maybe just wait another week or so.
