bleeding brown tiny clots

hi i am 9 weeks old today & went to gynae last week (at 8 weeks 4 days) for my prenatal scan & baby heartbeat & length were normal. was on duphaston for 2 weeks (6 to 8 weeks) as i was experiencing light brown spottings before that. dr informed to stop taking duphaston during the appt as there were no more spotting. unfortunately, that specific day (8 weeks 4 days) after the gynae appt, i went to had my dinner with my fam & felt a gush thinking it was just a normal clear discharge. i went to the toilet & saw red fresh bleeding (a size roughly around quarter of a pad), no clots & panicked. we rushed to o&g KKH and did transvaginal scan & baby was still there. heartbeat was normal. dr could not rule out the reason of the bleeding. but he told me to continue taking the duphaston. today i have been taking it for 3 days & bleeding lessen. but there are tiny brown clots in the toilet bowl when i pee. the blood on my pad is brown (& sometimes only red every 8 hours ish). i have cramps but not on my tummy & lower abdomen area but more towards the vagina area, left side. (feels like the pain is outside cervix, in the vagina area) just wondering if anyone out there experiencing bleeding/tiny clots at 8 weeks? my next appt will only be at 12 weeks :( also i do have 2.5cm intramural fibroid on the left side but not sure if its because of that. #askmommies #firsttimemom #pregnancy

Hi mama. I experienced something similar on my 1st pregnancy. Week 8 going to week 9 and I wanted to pee but I saw blood in my underwear. Was so afraid to walk and I was alone at home. With blood continously dripping down my leg. Scariest day of my life. I called 995 and paramedics loaded me gently in the trolley and sent me to kk. Paramedics used a doppler and could find 2 heartbeats still to comfort me. At kk emergency, doc forced me to pee in a bed pan as I was holding it in. I peed blood and they were worried. Did a cervix scan and found fetus still intact. Warded for 3 days and then 2 weeks of bedrest. It was called threatened miscarriage. My advice? Listen to doctor and take the duphastron they will prescribe to support the pregnancy. And try to rest more and don't walk too much in your first tri. My toddler is turning 2yo in 10 days now. Healthy and cheeky.
