Nausea...

Hi mummies! Everytime I think of those food that I dont really like, I will feel like vomiting immediately.... any ideas how to prevent? For example, my husband always cook for me spinach soup or steam cod fish... but I just cant seem to swallow it. The nausea effect happen immediately when I see the food.

Im still like this even at week 15. Sometimes just thinking about food makes me want to puke. Taking sour plum, mints doesnt work. Just try to find your comfort food and eat those for now(eg fruits, bread). Hoping this puking nausea feeling will go away soon
