I'm a back sleeper.. I sleep on my back for first n second trimester.. during third trimester, I became a side sleep , it gets heavier and no blood circulation for both of us.

Lol... during my first n early 2nd tri, i still lay facing down. Domething which is totally nit recommended
I sleep on left side but often find when i wakeup i always on my back
Sleep on the left and right, or straight.. Don't lay on tummy :)
Should be fine. From week 20 onwards can lie more towards side
Recommended is left side to promote blood flow to the baby
Sleep on your left side for better blood flow to your bubs
