I took the brown sugar fresh milk 3 day 1 cup. Try not to take so much, I realize if I had too much sweet drink my baby tend to have phlegm.

Once in a while’s fine:) Also, it has caffeine in it, so don’t drink other caffeinated drinks on that day:)
