1cm Dilated, am I giving birth soon?
Hi mummies, currently I am 37 weeks and doc said my cervix had open 1cm.. am I giving birth soon? So far I only have normal cramp occasionally, no big contraction yet..

I think it’s up to individual body. Some ppl can be dilated at 1cm for weeks and some ppl can dilate from 1cm to further in one day. So it actually depends.
Depends in individual. If you cramp freqency is 5 min apart then u need to go hosp.. Even its just slight crampcos it all starts from there
No. Dilating is not that fast, I've dilated 4 cm and it took days for me to dilated to only 5 cm. Some people took weeks to dilate 1 by 1.
Can be soon can be in a few days time. Waiting game starts now. Check if you had all documents in hospital bag.
Same like me that time, but i only delivered 38wks 5 days.. Thats how long it took for us
Not yet.. I was 1cm open when 38weeks. In the end I give birth on 39+4

Nope. But climb the stairs and walk alot. It helps to dilate faster.
I open 1 cm ask me to admit hospital, that time only 36weeks.
