1cm Dilated, am I giving birth soon?

Hi mummies, currently I am 37 weeks and doc said my cervix had open 1cm.. am I giving birth soon? So far I only have normal cramp occasionally, no big contraction yet..

Not yet.. I was 1cm open when 38weeks. In the end I give birth on 39+4
