Hello momshies i gain weight since manganak ako at d q tlaga mapigilan kumain ng kumain though d nmn ako bf.... Any suggestion para mkpglose ng weight kht d mg workout or kht mglose lng ng appetite?

i used to ate more then but naglolose ako , try intermittent fasting , eat within 8hrs then the rest of time take water or coffee lang. nagwowork naman sya sakin since di din ako lagi nageexercise kasi lagi ako puyat baka mag collapse nako , 2mons pp 59kgs
