Heat rashes or eczema?

You better bring to your pd dear. I work as pd nurse and I rarely come across a rash like this. A little hard to see with the lighting but yeah.

Ya bring to pd n they can prescribe steroid cream n moisturizer for baby.. it's actually mild eczema.. but with steroid cream, it will subside

It looks like eczema. He could be allergic to something like dairy products etc. Go see a PD for a diagnosis

Try use warm water and cotton pad to clean . It might reduce the swelling..

Looks quite serious. Better bring to PD to get it checked out properly.
