How to get away with stress during pregnancy?

Mommies, I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant and I have been going through a lot of stress with my work. Sobrang demanding pa din ng work ko and the management doesn't even consider the fact that I'm pregnant. Kahit ilang beses kong sinusubukan alisin sa isip ko lahat ng negativities from work, sumasagi pa din siya sa isip ko. I don't want it to affect my baby lalo na malapit na akong manganak. How do I control my emotions? Ayaw kong malunod sa stress at baka mag lead pa to post partum depression. Thank you sa mga sasagot.

mamsh bat ndi kana lang maagang nag file ng leave pra relax2 ka bago manganak .. keep fighting po .. lahat tayo may stress na pinagdadaanan . sa totoo lng gnun dn po ako .im.36 weeks preggy po. pero prayers keep me going 😊

prioritize mo yung health at ni baby sis meron kasing cases na napa aga manganak dahil sa stress baka pwede ka po mg leave muna every week na palapit sa full term c baby nag e increase din yung pagod at puyat.
