Hi... A C-section is major surgery and your body needs time to heal afterward. Expect to stay in the hospital for three to four days after your delivery (longer if there are complications), and give your body up to six weeks to fully heal. You have to wait until your wound has healed completely before you start to exercise
I agree with Adlina. Your body needs time to heal, so don't rush to exercise. You can start with light brisk walking and even some light yoga. Don't do too many core stretching or other core exersices as this might hinder the healing of your c-section scar.
If urs is normal delivery u may can start when u feel like fit to go for exercises .. but don’t too much to push ur self .. just listen to ur body .. good luck mama
Each mommy has very different rate of recovery after c section. Best to check with your ob-gyne when you can start exercising again.
Hi Pls get clearance from ur doctor before you start exercising. A-section recovery takes longer and differ from individuals
Hi, It is very much recommended to give yourself sometime and before you start exercising, check with your gynae :)
It depends on individual..Give your body time to heal. Your gynae will let you know when you're ready
