i don't usually eat breakfast kasi sinisikmura ako. pero now, naka wheat bread plus cheez whiz ako. minsan oatmeal pagdating sa office. π
boiled egg, oatmeal with half apple, lettuce and cucumber naka diet (healthy diet) masyado mataas ang sugar ko sa OGTT
sandwich with peanut butter,anmum na nilalagyan ko ng 1 or 2 kutsarang oatmeal,1 boiled egg,and 1 bananaππ
oatmeal for breakfast pero if sinipag β bread, scrambled eggs, lettuce and smoked salmon
mga main dish na like nilaga, adobo, sinigang, ginataan. ulam na namin yon gang hapunan.
wheat toast bread with mayo, egg and avocado on top, plus hot anmum mocha.π

Depende minsan sinigang na kanin at egg minsan naman tinapay at kape lag
minsan kanin minsan tinapay ππ kung ano lang meron
Pandesal, at gatas, pag sinipag fried rice and veggies
